Application Process
Phone Conversation
A meeting to ask a few questions to ensure there is potential for a great fit for both our team and you, the candidate. (15 minutes or less)
In-Person Interview
We meet with you face-to-face to discuss your experience, expertise and learn about your vision for and approach to the role. (30-45 minutes)
Work Sample
When a specific skill or use of a tool is required by a role (learning development, marketing, programming, etc.) we require the completion of a work sample project to gain a better understanding of your process and specific outputs. (1-2 hours)
Work Sample Review
If a work sample is completed, we schedule a phone conversation to discuss the work, and ask a few questions to get a better understanding before making a final decision. (15-30 minutes)
